The student may wash their hands right before lessons.

The student is encouraged to bring a notebook to take notes during and after the lesson. The student is responsible for bringing the material and repertoire according to previous lessons.

The teacher may provide the student with a copy of single etude or scale. If an entire book of scale or etudes is being used, is recommended that the parent or student purchase the book.

The lesson fee covers the time the teacher travels to the lesson, the time invested during the lesson and the time for lesson planning.

Student may enroll in weekly 30-, 45- or 60-minutes weekly lessons.

Fee is charged by the end of the lesson, weekly, biweekly or monthly. Payments are accepted via Venmo, PayPal, Check, Cash or Bank Transfer. Teacher must be notified about the preferred method and time.

3o minutes lesson: $30

50 minutes lesson (10 minutes grace period): $50

The student is expected to practice at least 30 minutes daily, according to what was discussed in lesson. Parents are responsible to guide and motivate the student to reach a daily goal of practice. Parents and students are strongly encouraged to communicate via email or phone any questions regarding assignments and practice.

Teacher may reschedule the lesson with 24 hours of notification in advance.

Student may reschedule or cancel a lesson with 24 hours of notification. With less than 24 hours of notification, 50% of the lesson fee will be charged.

In case of emergency or Act of God, no fee will be charged.

Student is expected to arrive 5 minutes before the start of the lesson to wash their hands, setup and tune the violin. Parents are encouraged to stay during the lesson to watch, take notes or record sections of the lesson. No phone calls are allowed during the lesson; if needed, the parent is encouraged to leave the lesson room.

The student and parents may choose to have lessons at the teacher’s house or at the convenience of their house. Additional fee will be charged for the latter.
